Having owned a family holiday home on Llanbedrog for 15 years, we have personally encountered below par standards and continual frustrations in respect of poor communications and substandard work from other cleaning service providers.  We considered our own experiences, and came to the conclusion that a more personalised, bespoke service to other holiday home owners like ourselves was needed..  And so the concept of Property Concierge Group was born...

 

Our mission was to create a trustworthy, reliable and approachable property service provider who understood and met all the needs and demands of the ever-popular Llŷn peninsula area, and so we moved to live in Gwynedd permanently and set up the business. We initially created an office and small laundry from home, but demand for the business grew quickly and we moved to new industrial premises in September 2021, which provided us with a spacious office environment and state of the art laundry facilities. The bigger premises have allowed us to expand, and we now have a Customer Services Manager, Office Manager, Laundry Manager, Cleaning Manager, Team leaders, Cleaners and we cover Abersoch, Aberdaron, Criccieth, LLanbedrog, Nefyn, Morfa Nefyn and Porthmadog up to Bangor and Caernarfon.
